1. General Conditions

  • Returns/Exchanges: You may return or exchange any unused, unworn, and undamaged jewelry purchased from Divine Pearll within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • Eligibility for Return: Returns are accepted only if the product is in its original, unused condition, with all tags, packaging, and certificates (if applicable) intact.
  • Custom or Engraved Items: Custom-made jewelry or engraved items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective or damaged during shipping.

2. How to Return or Exchange an Item

  • Step 1: Contact our customer service team at support@divinepearll.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange. Please include your order number, reason for return, and whether you want a refund or exchange.

  • Step 2: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

  • Step 3: Carefully pack the jewelry item(s) along with the original packaging, tags, and any certificates. Ensure the item is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

  • Step 4: Send the item back to the return address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defective product or shipping error.

  • Step 5: Once we receive your returned item(s), our team will inspect the product to ensure it meets the return conditions. If approved, we will process your refund or exchange.

3. Refunds

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

  • Non-Refundable Items:

    • Custom-made or personalized jewelry (unless defective).
    • Gift cards or certificates.
    • Sale or clearance items.
  • Processing Time: After receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), please allow 7-10 business days for the processing of your refund. We will notify you by email once your refund has been processed.

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanging for a Different Size or Style: If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, you can do so within 14 days. The exchange is subject to product availability. If the new item costs more, you will be charged the price difference. If the exchange item costs less, you will receive a store credit or partial refund.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for exchanges will be covered by you, the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Refund or Exchange for Damaged Items: We will either offer a full refund or exchange the damaged or defective item at no additional cost to you. Return shipping for damaged items will be covered by Divine Pearll.
