- Returns/Exchanges: You may return or exchange any unused, unworn, and undamaged jewelry purchased from Divine Pearll within 14 days of receiving the product.
- Eligibility for Return: Returns are accepted only if the product is in its original, unused condition, with all tags, packaging, and certificates (if applicable) intact.
- Custom or Engraved Items: Custom-made jewelry or engraved items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective or damaged during shipping.
2. How to Return or Exchange an Item

Step 1: Contact our customer service team at support@divinepearll.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange. Please include your order number, reason for return, and whether you want a refund or exchange.

Step 2: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

Step 3: Carefully pack the jewelry item(s) along with the original packaging, tags, and any certificates. Ensure the item is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

3. Refunds
